Six Spindle Automatic Screw Machines
Bar Capacity ¼” to 2-3/4” (6mm – 69mm)
Six Spindle Automatic Screw Machines are great for providing high volume parts at low costs because of their extremely fast cycle times. Most parts are completed in less than 10 seconds. Screw machines are developed using various slides and cams giving the ability to perform up to 12 operations at once, making it a unique solution for your high volume orders.
CNC Turret Lathes/Chucking Lathes
Bar Capacity 1/8” to 3” (3mm-76mm)
CNC Turret Lathes excel at shorter run parts and prototypes due to their quick set up and tool change process. With CNC control, operators can easily program intricate designs, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency in high or low production runs. This makes them ideal for manufacturing parts with multiple features and tight tolerances.
Dual Spindle CNC Lathes
Bar Capacity 1/8’’ to 2-5/8’’ 3mm-66mm)
Similar to our turret lathes, but with more capabilities. These machines have an additional “sub spindle” and designated tooling allowing for simultaneous machining on the back side of parts. This allows for higher complexity of parts at quicker cycle times, in turn, providing cost savings to our customers.
CNC Swiss Lathes
Bar Capacity 1/8’’ – 1-1/4’’ (3mm-32mm)
Swiss CNC Lathes utilize a guide bushing and sliding headstock to provide more rigidity in the machining process, creating the unique ability to machine components ranging from long complex to tiny parts at extremely tight tolerances. They also offer excellent repeatability, high speed, and the capability to handle intricate designs, making them a top choice for industries like aerospace, medical, and automotive manufacturing.
