Six Spindle Automatic Screw Machines
Six Spindle Automatic Screw Machines are great for providing high volume parts at low costs because of their extremely fast cycle times. Most parts are completed in less than 10 seconds.
CNC Turret Lathes/Chucking Lathes
CNC Lathes excel at shorter run parts and prototypes due to their quick set up and ability to quickly make alterations to programs. They can be bar fed or converted to blanks.
Dual Spindle CNC Lathes
Similar to our turret lathes, but with more capabilities. These machines have an additional “sub spindle” and designated tooling allowing for simultaneous machining on the back side of parts.
CNC Swiss Lathes
Swiss CNC Lathes utilize a guide bushing to provide more rigidity in the machining process, creating the unique ability to machine components ranging from long complex to tiny parts at extremely tight tolerances.
